What kind of chocolate do you use in the waterfall?
We use premium quality chocolate made specifically for chocolate fountains. They contain 35% cocoa butter. We guarantee the smoothest and best looking waterfall, as well as taste!

What items are not recommended to use with the fountain?
Anything that will break apart easily or can crumble. Especially items such as pound cake, which tends to compromise the smooth, flowing nature of the chocolate.

Do you provide the items to dip with?
We can, however, all of our packages are priced just for the chocolate fountain rental. We find that most venues do not allow outside food or already have a designated caterer. If not, we can provide for all your event needs!

Can we use the chocolate waterfall outside?
The chocolate waterfall is best used indoors or enclosed areas. The sweet, inviting aroma of chocolate can attract insects and bugs, which you would not like in your chocolate! The Chocolate also must be kept at a certain temperature, and fluctuating outdoor conditions will affect the chocolate’s integrity.

What are the waterfall setup requirements?
The chocolate waterfall requires a 120 volt grounded electrical outlet nearby. In addition, a sturdy 8-10' table, that does not wobble is required. Please make sure of these before the event date.

Do you provide the decorations for the chocolate waterfall table?
We provide black linens for the table. If we provide the dippers, all the dippers will be displayed utilized using our platters and tiered plate displays.

What’s required to reserve the chocolate waterfall?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. After the deposit is received with all the information about your event (date, place, time, type of event, etc.,) you will receive two forms to fill out, either by mail or e-mail. Sign them, keep one for yourself and return the other back to us. The balance will then be due 2 weeks prior to your event.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal checks, money order or cashier’s check. We can accept all credit cards via paypal with a 4% fee.

Is there a delivery charge?
No, delivery is included in the price, as well as setup and tear down. There is however a distance charge if your location is more than 20 miles from 77433.
